Inaugural Post-Doctoral Program for Nurse Executives

In this paper, the authors describe one of signature programs launched through Marian K. Shaughnessy Nurse Leadership Academy, post-doctoral system-level executive nursing education program. This program was directly linked to core focus Academy. The design, speakers, and outcomes are presented along with lessons learned, including value power philanthropy, need for flexibility in both scheduling implementation during a pandemic.
